PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND BACKGROUND: four year Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred Min three years commercial lending background for grade 15 Min 4 yrs commercial lending background for grade 16 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for: * Calling on potential or existing customers to develop new business as well as retain existing business with companies with revenues generally less than $3 million. * Interviewing candidates to develop details concerning their financial needs and repayment expertise in order to assess acceptable level of risk * Develop meaningful relationships with "Centers of Influence" * Cross sell credit and noncredit products as appropriate * Servicing a wide variety of business loans including commercial & industrial loans, SBA, and commercial real estate * Have a current expertise of credit, SBA and noncredit services and products
