Property Manager Job - (Memphis, TN)
Summary 13; Manages over 400,000 sq. feet of MLH owned properties, to include coordinating the leasing process and renovation projects. Facilitates the leasing functions for MLH, while working with internal departments to ensure lease accounting processes are accurately and timely administered. Collects outstanding balances, analyzes financials, and creates budgets on properties to present to CFOs. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. 13; Education/Background/Licensure 13; Education/Formal Training Work Background Credential/Licensure REQUIRED: Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Property Management, Real Estate, or related position. 3 (3) years of background in real estate, property management and accounting.
