Property Manager Commercial / Administrative Assistant - (Palm Desert, CA)

Position description We are seeking a Property Manager for Commercial Real Estate (Shopping Centers and Office Building) / Administrative Assistant. Our applicant must, above all else, care about the overall quality of their work and personal presentation. Responsibilities: :Day:to:Day Commercial Property Manage activities, including answering Phones, dealing with Tenants, reviewing leases, visiting properties, obtaining Tenant and Vendor insurance certificates, collecting rents,dealing with Vendor Contracts and Vendors, CAM Reconciliations, and possibly some leasing activities, and all other aspects typically associated with the day:to:day management of commercial properties. :Preparing reports for property comparisons :Monthly Property Reports :Update and improve properties to increase return on investment :Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion :Enforce property/associations rules and regulations :Assist company Owner with all general office activities
