Property Manager - (Exton, PA)

Position overview We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for Thomas Meeting 278:unit community in Exton PA. Candidates who are qualified will possess strong background in residential property management including dynamic marketing and leasing, administrative, financial, employee and facilities management. Comprehensive knowledge of the apartment industry is essential along with a proven track rack of success in designing and executing winning marketing and leasing strategies. Outstanding employee organizational skills along with the expertise to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment are essential. Min requirements: Bachelors Degree (preferred) or equivalent progressive background; a min of 3 yrs property managerial experience, excellent oral and writing expertise. Advanced technical skills and proficiency utilizing Microsoft office suite (Ms word, Ms excel, and Outlook) and property management software (AMSI and/or Entrata preferred) is required.
