Job overview: Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Lending Department. Provide support and direction regarding loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the bank’s lending portfolio is essential. Ensure team of Agricultural and Commercial Lenders has necessary training, knowledge, and tools to provide customers with high quality and professional services. Manage an existing Agricultural and Commercial loan portfolio of approx $30 million. Some new production but main focus will be on management of Lenders. Experience: Agricultural & Commercial lending and management / leadership experience.
