Position description BONUS OPPORTUNITY in a high volume appointment center JOB SUMMARY: The New Business Development Representative has primary telephone communication with our potential customers and other parties. Supports the companys management, purpose, mission and values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: :Represents the company by answering phone calls, setting sales appointments, scheduling annual maintenance and service calls and following up on feedback from customers. :Coordinates and ensures all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence regarding leads, annual maintenance, and sold jobs is accurate, timely and completed according to company procedure. :Meets or exceeds goals for sales appointments, annual maintenance and lead conversions. :Serves as the point of contact for customers: including answering questions, scheduling and confirming installations, providing pre:installation info, assuring quality, solves problems, etc.
