Michigan region including: Genesee, Lapeer, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties. Description We are a dynamic and energetic program serving those with traumatic injuries in their home setting. This position is ideal for those who are self-disciplined, team-oriented, enjoy local travel, and prefer a changing environment throughout the day. Our team often includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology and medical social work.
