Requisition Id 415 Pay Band: Band 4/Research Senior Staff Member Relocation: Domestic and International relocation benefits is available Overview: The Discrete Computing Systems (DCS) Group in the Computer Science and Mathematics (CSM) Division at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) has multiple openings for research scientists. As a research scientist in our group, upou will have the opportunity to perform research and development in advancing discrete mathematics:based high:end parallel and distributed computing solutions in a range of scientific applications and man:made systems. The scientific and technical methods include discrete structures, network coding, graph analysis, simulation, optimization, and scalable machine learning with application to man:made systems such as energy grids and cyber:physical systems.
