Police Officer - (Bensalem, PA)

POLICE OFFICER Bensalem, Pa Bensalem Twp. is accepting applications for the position of F/T Police Officers. Candidates must be at least 21 years old at time of hire. Qualifications: 60 college credits or 2 years continuous f/t police officer exp or two years honorable active duty service in US military. In lieu of above, must have served in the military reserves or National Guard for two years and possess 30 college credits or been employed as a p/t police officer for 2 continuous yrs and possess 30 college credits; valid driver's license; and proof of citizenship; Candidates must pass a physical and written exam. Successful candidates must then pass an oral personal assessment test, oral review & experience check. A limited number of eligible candidates will then be offered conditional employment contingent upon passing a polygraph, psychological & physical exam. There is a $45.00 application fee which must be paid when applications are filed.
