Position details Komline:Sanderson has a reputation for industry:leading quality and the Quality Assurance Manager will serve a critical role within Komline:Sanderson in managing a total quality management system and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The position is based at our manufacturing facility in Peapack, NJ. Critical functions and Responsibilities: Direct all activities of the Quality Department Perform in:process inspections and inbound and outbound material inspections and review reports Perform and promote the use of rigorous Failure Modes Effect Analysis and Root Cause Analysis Inspect materials and equipment to Komline:Sanderson and ASME or other pressure vessel code or welding standards, as required Continuously review and refine quality inspection protocols and processes Implement a rigorous, data:driven QA process to measuring vendor and manufacturing shop quality and regularly issuing data analysis on QA status to senior management Qualify
