Reporting to the Director of Operations, the job necessitates the following background and abilities: :Driving continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity in a lean manufacturing environment :Developing others in Lean/6 Sigma, change management, data analysis and facilitation skills :Addressing issues in the field including triage, returns, evaluation, warranty and repair, while driving to root cause :Interfacing with customers and vendors for corrective actions and product development :Using a quality management system as part of a culture of continuous improvement
