Job Requisition ID:14987 Additional Locations: Under direct supervision, the Associate Learning Architect (ALA) will help identify market problems in the field of English Language Arts and contribute to the development of concepts and prototypes for print, digital, and audio:visual products that provide solutions to those problems. The ALA may also work under supervision to create, review, and deliver materials that meet guidelines and state qualifications. Success entails gathering and synthesizing data and details, staying abreast of trends in the field of English Language Arts through research and direct communication with educators, working collaboratively across departments, applying creative and critical thinking to problems, writing and editing both to spec and with minimal guidance, and meeting change with flexibility.
