Head Teller - (Leominster, MA)
Supervises and coordinates the teller staff to ensure quality customer service and effective branch operations in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and ability, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers: Supervises and schedules the daily activities of the teller staff. Assists tellers with customer transactions. Assists managers in conducting performance reviews for tellers. Assists in the training and development of teller staff. Contributes to the fulfillment of branch and company goals and objectives both individually and through mentoring and motivating teammates. Performs necessary security routines and audits and analyzes teller reports. Orders, verifies receipt, stores and distributes branch cash. Performs the daily balancing of the branch and ATMs and oversees the teller balancing procedures.
