We are seeking a Business Banking Officer to serve Potter and Tioga counties. This position is responsible for: Calling on potential or existing customers to develop new business as well as retain existing business with companies with revenues generally less than $3 to $5 million, depending on the Northwest Region Interviewing candidates to develop info concerning their financial needs and repayment expertise in order to assess acceptable level of risk Developing meaningful relationships with "Centers of Influence" Cross selling credit and noncredit products as appropriate Servicing a wide variety of business loans including commercial & industrial loans, SBA and commercial real estate Being knowledge of credit, SBA, and noncredit services and products Following current loans to ensure complete compliance with terms Proactively keeping abreast of industry trends Working as part of a team including branches
