Transitions Accountant - (Atlanta, GA)

Position description Position Purpose The Transition Accountant is an experienced Intermediate Level Accountant with a solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting concepts and routine accounting issues. S/he will be a flexible, multi:tasking, self:starter capable of delivering results in a professional, consistent, and positive manner, in accordance with company goals. S/he works closely with teammates to ensure the quality and orderly transition of new clients to CMA. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities :Manage a Transition Portfolio of approx 5:15 properties based upon varying levels of complexity/timing/door count. :Complete the Transition of assigned properties to CMA : to include, but not limited to: opening association bank accounts, setup/open property in VMS, loading initial Trial Balance and Budget, upload resident lists/balances, billing setup, coupon ordering and welcome letters, etc.
