Job overview Glenn, Prather and Company, a small CPA firm with locations in Midland, TX and Cedar Park (Austin), TX is looking to hire a Firm Administrator/Controller in our Midland office to join our team of accounting and tax professionals and business advisors. The Firm Administrator/Controller position will be responsible for: : Supervising and assisting with the day to day administrative operations of our office including such activities as: o Accounts receivable o Accounts payable o Billings o Human resources o Technology support with our IT company : Project management : Coordinating with tax and accounting managers to ensure prompt and timely completion and delivery of projects : Marketing : Helping to manage marketing campaigns, including management of our firm website, to attract new staff
