Position summary We are seeking a commission based Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our team You will originate and assist with the mortgage loan origination in the Columbus area market and report to our Medina, Ohio headquarter. We are looking for Top Reps Responsibilities: :Provide service to current and potential clients about the financing of residential real estate for both purchase and refinance transactions. :Develop and maintain outside marketing strategies that produce new prospects interested in obtaining residential real estate finance. :Pre:requirements, pre:approvals, interaction with third parties and taking the loan application. :Guide customers through the loan application process. :Gather and file loan applications and supporting documents. : x200B;Requirements: :Previous background as a licensed mortgage loan originator :Must maintain all required state and national licenses :Familiarity with the origination of Conventional, FHA and VA loans
