Position description Job Description Professional Employment Group is searching for a professional and qualified Administrative Assistant to support a Financial Advisor for 1 of our favorite firms in the St. Louis area. We are seeking a qualified, capable and eager individual to offer full-time administrative support. This Advisor Administrative Assistant will be responsible to perform a broad range of duties, including some or all of the following: Primary Duties :Handle client service request; review all insurance and investment applications, account changes and related paperwork within limits of licensed authority. :Process client service requests, such as billing changes or discrepancies, address/beneficiary/owner/name changes, policy loans, rescinds, surrender requests, etc. Forward applications and service forms to the appropriated entity in a timely manner.
