Full:time Intake Coordinator/Receptionist : NW Cols OH - (Columbus, OH)

Job summary Haugland Therapy Services (HTS), located in northwest Columbus, Ohio (off Sawmill Rd), is looking for a new team player to fill the position of Receptionist / Intake Coordinator. **Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM : 6:00 PM normally with the possibility of 1 late evening per week (until seven or 8 PM) depending on the needs of the clinic. :General description: The Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative services for the companys behavioral health practice. :Specific duties include (but are not limited to): Greet incoming clients (via phone or in person) and gather initial referral info Take inbound calls from parents/guardians, service coordinators, etc. Perform receptionist duties Set up and monitor procedures for managing practitioner schedules, etc.
