The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the preparation and revision of contracts as well overseeing the administration of the contracts. Other duties to include: --- Negotiate terms and conditions. --- Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual qualifications and budgets. --- Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor deliverables. --- Maintain an audit file for each contract. --- Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal qualifications, contract specifications and government regulations. --- Perform closing activities as needed.
