Job summary Sr Lead Mechanical Designer Job details Fulltime The Sr Lead Mechanical Designer should have 5+ years of background in an industrial/manufacturing environment with a work experience of progressively increasing responsibilities. The applicant must be able to work with mechanical engineers in order to develop the mechanical and electro:mechanical products. Key activities include conceptual design, detail design, documentation to be submitted for review and release. Technical competence in precision component design using GD and T and electronic packaging is required. The applicant should demonstrate progressively increasing skills and competence in the design and documentation of mechanical products and systems as their career progresses. Travel may be required to supervise and participate in installation of complex electro:mechanical systems. Constant interaction with manufacturing is expected to continuously improve design.
