Manufacturing Engineer Senior - (Dublin, GA)

Job Description Job details: In this role, youll bring to the table proven methodology that increases productivity by introducing efficient, reliable and LEAN solutions as you evaluate complex manufacturing processes. Day to day, youll be engaged in the following: conducting process audits/analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with suppliers and soliciting observations from operators and production technicians with the goal of improving our manufacturing process while reducing costs and increasing profits. Perfect applicant will have hydraulics, precision machining, and automation background in a manufacturing environment, formal 6 sigma training (preferably Black Belt) a solid knowledge base and understanding of lean principles and demonstrated expertise developing and maintaining labor standards. Required: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related position. 6 or more years background.
