Guidance, Navigation and Controls Engineer (AE4:121) - (Niceville, FL)

Position details Development of integrated guided munitions guidance, navigation, and control algorithms. Essential Job Functions: Evaluate concepts or concept subsystems performance and stability. Help establish concept performance limitations. Assist in modeling and simulation development of guided weapons systems and concepts. Software implementation of complex guidance, navigation, and controls algorithms. Work with a small team of scientists and engineers to model, simulate and study the performance of potential Air Force guided weapon systems, concepts and advanced weapon subsystem technologies. Document studies and analysis findings via briefings, scientific papers and technical reports. Position responsibilities: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelors Degree in engineering or a scientific field plus eight years of requirements required. Secret Security Clearance Required.
