Job overview Clayman and Associates, a full service marketing communications firm located in Marietta, OH, is currently seeking an Art Director to join our team The Art Director reports directly to Agency Principal and Chief Creative Officer as well as Senior Account Executive(s) and is responsible for shaping the visual style of a product, or a service campaign. This includes defining the style of pictures for magazines, newspapers, product packaging, and the look and feel or graphics for advertisements, film and tv productions. The Art Director establishes the design framework and directs others on the creative team who contribute to the development of artwork or layouts such as (internal and external) production artists, web developers, graphic designers, photographers, etc.
