IRIS Consultant - Columbia County - (Lodi, WI)

TMG by Employer is recruiting IRIS Consultants in Columbia County, Wisconsin. We will be continuously recruiting applicants who are interested in furthering TMG's role with full self-direction with the IRIS program. We will continue to interview applicants who meet the requirements that are needed and will develop a pool of applicants and contact applicants when a position is available for hire.IRIS Consultants (IC) are home-based employee who partners with individuals enrolled in the IRIS program to identify their longterm care goals and find creative ways to achieve them. Role works in communities where IRIS self-directed long term care is offered as an alternative to managed care under the Family Care program.
