Position overview We are seeking a VP of Hotel Sales for a group of upscale hotel properties in Miami, Florida. Overview The VP of Hotel Sales is primarily responsible for leading and driving top:line revenue strategies for hotel portfolio. This individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement, and ongoing competitive hotel analysis while directing the hotel sales team. VP of Hotel Sales Responsibilities :The VP of Hotel Sales will develop and implement sales revenue maximization plans for all segments and channels (that lead to increased market share). :The VP of Hotel Sales will lead and motivate the sales team. :The VP of Hotel Sales will have an understanding of the competitive set in the South Florida market. :The VP of Hotel Sales will evaluate group pace/position reports and a wide variety of key sales metrics (group and transient). :The VP of Hotel Sales will understand key account management.
