Acquisition Specialist : Construction - (Clarksburg, WV)

Position description 1 of our clients that provides acquisition services for the federal government has a need for a seasoned Acquisition Specialist with construction background for a long:term assignment in Clarksburg, WV. TheAcquisition Specialist will provide the following: Pre:award contract support: * Work as a key member of integrated project teams (IPT) with stakeholders from various functional areas (i.e., contracting, finance, and info technology) to refine requirements for procurement actions. * Ensure acquisition policies are meeting the goals of a Federal Government facilities and construction organization. * Develop and track the production of requisition packages. * Develop acquisition plans. * Prepare pre:award contract documents such as justifications and approvals (J and A), determinations and findings (D and F), and updating contract files. * Draft Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and Statements of Objectives. * Conduct and develop market research reports.
