Maintenance Supervisor - (Troy, OH)

Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and operating production equipment to optimize availability, quality and speed inclusive of both mechanical and electrical subsystems. Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for Electro Mechanics and works closely together with Operations Manager and Production Supervisors to help direct operation of the Dispensing Systems. Oversee four-five electrical mechanical maintenance technicians Provide scheduling and coordinate coverage for electrical mechanical maintenance technicians vacations Responsible for safety compliance personally and with equipment Training Train production operators/ employees/EM's as appropriate for set-ups, operation of all equipment, etc. Review and provide constructive feedback for shift passdowns and completed work orders. Responsibilities include maintenance of production equipment: Maintain and/or improve system performance to design specifications.
