Position overview We are seeking a Training Specialist on Technology in K12 Education to become an integral part of our team You will conduct training programs that will boost teachers performance in the use of Clear Touch Interactive products in K12 classrooms. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials for managing all phases of training interventions. Responsibilities: :Implement in:person and electronic training programs focused on individual performance :Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance :Maintain training checklists and records :Survey employees and managers to determine training needs and desired results :Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses :Build a hybrid on:site/on-line training program and prepare teaching plans :Develop the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, etc.
