Position summary Restaurant District Manager : Oxford, MS: North, MS Charged with oversight of overall Region/District performance inclusive of sales, personnel, and management with regard to procedural adherence, training, merchandising and store appearance. Ensures consistent application of systems/controls. Oversees human resources matters, including, training and development, recruitment of talent where needed to optimize revenue potential for each location for which they are responsible. Other areas of responsibility include the development of store management and staff, communicating local marketing opportunity to drive traffic and the development and coordination of those opportunities, corporate communication and the optimization of existing procedures and reporting or the new development of same. :Three or more consecutive years of multi:unit restaurant managerial experience with tenure :Must have upward mobility within your resume
