Position title Global ITSM Lead Position description Summary The Global Details Technology Service Management (ITSM) Lead role is accountable for the development, implementation and management of ITSM processes at a global level including the CMDB & Service Catalog. The ITSM leads a Center of Excellence (COE) for Service Management. Engages and collaborates with the Regional Service Delivery Leads and Regional Infrastructure Leads with a focus continuous improvement through ITIL best practices and automation.
