Required ID:24324 Shift: Days Employment Status:AF : Active : Regular : Full-time Position details 13; Serves as an organizational expert and nurse leader in evidence based nursing practice (EBP), representing the Center for Nursing Research and Evidence:Based Practice internally and externally. Responsible for assessing and developing the infrastructure to support a high:level program of evidence:based practice across organization where nursing is practiced, including inpatient and ambulatory areas. Contributes to Center:based initiatives that build a culture of inquiry. Accountable for the conceptualization, development, implementation, and evaluation of a pediatric nursing EBP curriculum to support nurses at all levels to function at the top of their licensure and training across the organization. Collaborates with peer nursing leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate an evidence:based professional development and advancement curriculum to support professional growth from novice to expert.
