Summary 13; Performs clerical and info technology functions for the medical provider in a physicians office with the principal responsibility of operation of electronic health records. This position has no direct involvement in patient care. Ensures an accurate and complete medical record for each patient. Assists the medical provider by accompanying them during medical history:taking and exam, recording details in the medical record, and coordinating departmental resources regarding tests, orders, procedures and results.
