Compliance Advisor Lead-AML/OFAC - (Tampa, FL)

Purpose of JobThe OFAC/Sanctions AML Compliance Advisor Lead position within the Enterprise AML Compliance Team focuses primarily on providing guidance to the lines of business regarding the requirements and risks related to Sanctions Compliance. This role will work in close coordination with the AML Compliance Leadership Team, Legal, and the line of business AML Officers. USAA is looking for an OFAC/Sanctions AML Compliance Advisor Lead to be part of a dynamic compliance environment committed to contributing to an Enterprise-wide AML/OFAC Program through collaboration and team partnerships. Leads and motivates cross-functional teammates in strategy development and implementation of compliance solutions. Independently performs complex and often unique work assignments and problem resolution within a compliance and enterprise projects. Serves as the subject matter expert to ensure documents, projects, processes, and product initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements and enterprise policy.
