Position description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney with a solid experience in Bio:Industrial law to be the senior global attorney providing strategic advice on commercial, regulatory and compliance issues affecting the marketing and sale of 1 or more of the companys products and services. Position overview The position will support global marketed product development and commercial operations and other related commercial support functions. Assignments include counseling on laws applicable to risk management and mitigation, and general negotiating and contracting on commercial matters. Experience in international law preferred. This attorney will serve as a trusted strategic business partner to the teams by providing clear legal advice and generate commercial value, manage risk and support commercial priorities and practical business:focused solutions enabling the business to achieve its objectives while preserving and protecting the companys integrity and reputation around the globe.
