Job summary Intellectual Property Attorney : Matawan NJ IP firm seeks experienced Senior Associate or Partner level attorney. Must be experienced and capable of independently managing clients and matters with respect to patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling. Portable book of at least 250K required. Compensation negotiable based upon experience and portable book of business, but due to our overhead structure, is typically significantly higher than market rates. Experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics preferred.
