Position summary Role Summary: This position supports the Chief Development Officer Handling Legal and Business Affairs with daily tasks including but not limited to admin responsibilities, renewals, database entry. youll join a fluid and evolving environment that will challenge your expertise to adapt but will also reward you with ample opportunities while streamlining and improving processes. Specific Functions/Activities Summary :Management and coordination of filings necessary to obtain and renew documents. :Create and maintain database of all company documents including detailed details on all material provisions. :Create and maintain database of all franchisee agreements. :Create and maintain database of legal department attorneys compliance with Franchise and Franchisee requirements. :Assist with administration :Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of franchisee and proprietary company details :Actively support organizational and departmental policies and procedures
