Job details Homecare Sales Representative Elevation Homecare Agency is in need of a Sales Representative with vast knowledge and background in the Homecare Industry. We require someone with an outgoing personality that provides solutions and is ready to represent the face of the company. Main Goal / Purpose of Recruitment. :Must be able to make visits and develop relationships with people who can directly impact the growth of the company such as: partnerships with rehabilitation/ skilled nursing facilities, Independent facility, Physician offices, Geriatric care offices and Senior centers in order to generate sales / referrals for the agency. :Must be able to sell the importance of continued care at home and the reduction of hospital readmissions in all the mentioned facilities above. :Must comply with all the policies and procedures of Elevation Homecare Agency. Key responsibilities. :Meet all other Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
