Position overview A Florence, KY Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Property Manager to direct day:to:day operations. All applicants must have multi:family property managerial background to be considered. The ideal candidate: :thrives on new challenges every day, :leads sales and ensures the leasing team maximizes revenue, :trains and motivates both leasing and maintenance staffs, :provides superior customer service, :meets and maintains occupancy goals. They will be responsible for the following, including, but not limited to: Community Management : Oversee the daily operations of the property, oversee maintenance staff, coordinate and monitor all sub:contracted work, inspect units, and manage capital improvement projects. Resident Relations : Respond and effectively handle resident concerns in a timely manner, enforce terms of rental agreements, follow collections procedures and oversee evictions if necessary.
