Job overview The Liberty Group is seeking a dynamic leasing consultant for KCKS area who is bi-lingual (Spanish) for an immediate opening FULL-TIME POSITION Will train quality applicant who has applicable/comparable track record Leasing Consultants are crucial to the success of all Apartment Communities. This is a sales position with a strong emphasis on person:to:person sales, meeting goals and achieving results. As a Leasing Agent you will be the 1st (and lasting) impression of an apartment community. You would be responsible to manage the leasing process from start to finish, interact directly with residents, the community team and assist the Property Manager with marketing and other community duties as needed.
