Position description The Collier Companies, the largest private owner/operator in Student Housing in the country, is currently seeking experienced Community Manager to join our team in Tallahassee, FL The perfect candidate will meet the following criteria: :2+ years experience as a successful Community Manager strongly preferred. :Experience in Student Housing is a plus :Expertise to lead, mentor and develop a team. :Proven track record of marketing plan implementation. :Knowledge of capital projects/maintenance knowledge. :Expertise to manage a financial plan. :Strong computer skills and experience with Entrata is a plus :Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem:solving approach. :Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards. :Desire to learn and grow within an award:winning organization. :Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.
