Property Manager (Apartment Complex) - (Neptune City, NJ)

Position details Responsibilities :Management of staff including the hiring, training, and the development of a dynamic sales team :Assist in the design and implementation of a successful and innovative sales and marketing program :Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service while handling all resident issues in a timely and effective manner :Work hand in hand with the Management Team to identify and execute community goals and objectives :Effective monitoring and reporting of all income including a strong understanding of managing delinquency :Analyze and evaluate monthly/quarterly financial statements :Work hand in hand with the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance department budget, on going projects, maintenance requests and overall curb appeal of the property :Manage vendor relationships and performance :Maintain system for service requests and customer feedback
