Job summary Property Manager The Liberty Group is hiring immediately for a Property Manager to start ASAP. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: The following attributes are desirable for job success: background in managing multifamily properties, certification as a resident manager (ARM, CAM, etc.), expertise to supervise staff, financially savvy and expertise to manage to a budget, expertise to communicate effectively, safety conscious, yourself, preference for detail work, expertise to work well under pressure, multi:task, self:motivation and self:direction, expertise to work with/without direct supervision and the expertise to develop a team and be a team leader.
