Job summary The main goal and function of a Business Insurance Account Manager is to assist the production team and Senior Account Manager in the production and service of new and existing accounts. This responsibility includes customer service and all related functions of support for the Commercial Lines book of business to which they are assigned. AREAS OF ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: x25AA; Certificates of Insurance x25AA; File Maintenance x25AA; Preparing Applications as needed x25AA; Correspondence with clients and companies x25AA; Invoicing all new and renewal policies and endorsements x25AA; Issuance of binder bills for new clients x25AA; Investigate all accounting discrepancies and correct accordingly x25AA; Processing customer policy endorsements and ID cards x25AA; Process incoming requests for additional info from the carriers as received x25AA; Assist the team in marketing of new and renewal business x25AA; Monitoring and collecting of the aged receivables REQUIREMENTS: x25AA;
