Commercial Insurance Account Manager - (Middletown, OH)

Position description Responsibilities :Service a designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administration :Respond to client inquiries, maintain documentation of communications and issue resolutions :Support implementation of new coverage by setting up account, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with client and insurance company :Gather and compile exposure info from the client, including loss:run schedules :Request and collect quotes from insurance companies :Audit quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed :Process audits and do audit analysis :Receive policy, then update and check to ensure accuracy :Update specifications, applications, and summary info to reflect changes :Monitor receipt of quotes from insurance company :Bind coverage as instructed :Gather and compile info for new business submissions :Input client info into agency management system :Generate materials for presentations and meetings
