UX Design Researcher - (Golden Valley, MN)

Position summary We are seeking a Seniore User Background Design and Design Researcher to conduct end to end customer background research, design and testing of future product offerings in our Honeywell Building Technologies Division. You will collaborate with strategic marketing and advanced technology teams to explore next:generation solutions with lead customers. Our team is nimble with limited hierarchy and lots of ownership. Were looking for someone who is driven, passionate about our mission, and wants to dive in and get their hands dirty. In this position you will work together with Marketing and Engineering Teams to research and synthesize customer insights, collaborate on new system concepts, create proof of concept prototypes for rapid iteration with customers, and refine product offerings to drive breakthrough growth.
