Research Assistant Department of Neurosurgery College of Medicine The Department of Neurosurgery is hiring a full-time, Research Assistant. The perfect candidate will have experience in cell biology. Essential Function Applies professional knowledge, skills, and training to help conduct experimental research work in a particular discipline. Primary Duties :Performs experiments and records data according to research protocols; :May perform statistical and graphical analysis of data; :Interprets data and assists in judging validity of data; :Responsible for successfully completing assigned tasks; :Applies research principals for less complex assignments; :Serves as a developing level research assistant. Min Requirements: Bachelors degree in a profession/field or equivalent level of knowledge. Preferred Requirements: 2 yrs of previous work wanted. This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
