Mechanical Services Quality Manager - (Macon, GA)

Position overview JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Manager promotes, develops, and oversees compliance of the mechanical services quality system, effectively assuring compliance of customer and NBIC requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality processes and standards, regulatory and external standards (NBIC and ASME standards) :Responsible for National Board stamp renewal process at all MS locations :Audits, validates and updates quality practices and oversees QC Manuals :Responsible for National Board stamp renewal process at all MS locations :Creation, implementation and documentation of service technician training program to encompass assembly and repair of: safety relief valves, isolation valves, pneumatic and electric actuators
