Quality Assurance Manager - (Las Vegas, NV)

Position details As the Quality Assurance Manager, this position will be responsible for ensuring the manufacture and distribution of products of the Company in compliance with Good Manufacturing Principles (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: :Oversee the Quality Team through giving daily instructions, career development and coaching. :Handle and act as lead when conducting Internal Audits through various departments and establish regular Laboratory audits. :Manage the cleanliness of the building through effective oversight of teammates and established cleaning programs. :Participate in 3rd party, customer and other regulator inspections and audits. :Establish and maintain great partnerships with various departments to create and ensure compliance of policies and procedures. :Handle and respond to customer complaints timely and thoroughly. REQUIREMENTS: :Bachelors Degree in Science Field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology); or other relevant field.
