Position details The Senior Accountant will be an integral part of the strategic planning process specifically responsible for providing financial leadership for the division by working with the CFO and all other on:site senior management to establish long:range goals, strategies, plans, policies, and the evaluation of potential alliances and acquisitions in support of significant growth goals. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the CFO of the parent company. The Senior Accountant identifies new profit opportunities within the existing business, supports expansion efforts into new markets and ensures the financial integrity of our organization with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). The Controller accurately reports financial and other details that forecasts the companys business activity and financial position.
